Create a clear request
Each phase can define a channel, owner, tagged teammates, SLA, message title, instructions, and required details. Miyara records the request in Internal and can send the native action to Slack.
Receive the update
The internal owner completes the requested action, such as confirming payment or adding tracking. Miyara records the result and moves the order forward without asking the buyer-facing operator to copy updates between tools.
