Campaigns and buyer personas

Keep each campaign inside the exact commercial lane selected from the brand plan.

A campaign owns one saved focus

A campaign should answer a simple question: what kind of company is buying, and for what commercial reason? Examples include a retailer stocking products for resale, a hotel buying guest amenities, or an employer buying recognition kits.

When a campaign starts from a recommended customer segment, Miyara passes the segment's exact buyer-archetype identifiers into discovery. The search does not reclassify that label into loosely related personas.

Why separation matters

A retailer campaign should not contain employee-rewards platforms merely because both can purchase products in volume. The buyer type, buying motion, evidence, and likely decision-maker are different.

Review before people research

  • Confirm that each company belongs to the campaign's commercial lane.
  • Inspect the use case and source-backed fit evidence.
  • Remove obvious suppliers, agencies, marketplaces, or unrelated operators.
  • Only then continue to decision-maker research.
